does anyone know how to mod because I have the vegeta sprite but I need to know how to put in the game im new I just joined and also if you know how o make goku have the super saiyan skin or make goku ssj forever

and if possible could someone create a skin for ssj4 goku some guy on youtube did it thats why it looks pretty cool
